· The problem

The tax auction is a market of asymmetries. The list is public; the truth about each property is not. Between the list and the truth stand four layers of work most bidders never do — title, liens, flood, occupancy.

They bid on addresses. Members bid on evidence.

· How we analyze

We analyze each auction with data, automation, and evidence-led review — so you audit only the properties worth your time.

01 · Identity

A forensic desk, not a listing site.

Every line carries source · date · confidence. Where evidence ends, the dossier says so — in writing.

You just read one case. The platform brings due diligence together in one place.

The investigation becomes a numbered, confidential dossier — issued to the bearer, stamped with the data's fingerprint. What leaves the printer is not a report. It is a case file.

· The desk

One investigation, five acts.

01
SWEEP

Every property headed to auction in your states, continuously monitored through official sources.

02
TRIAGE

Predictive intelligence ranks the field. Most parcels fall out here.

03
INTERROGATION

The survivors are cross-examined: title, liens, flood, occupancy — sourced and dated.

04
DOSSIER

The five worth your visit become numbered case files, with the max-bid math already run.

05
BID

You audit the finalists in the field. The hand on the paddle is always yours.

Every claim carries its source and its date. Where we infer, we say so — and inference is never bid-grade.

We admit investors, not audiences.

1 · Request

Tell us how you bid and where.

2 · Review

We admit investors, not audiences.

3 · Admission

Your number is issued; your radar is calibrated in your first session.

Request admissionCreate your account to submit the request.

We don't sell certainty. We file evidence — and we show you exactly where it ends.

What we will not tell you: that any deal is safe, that a model replaces counsel, or that we have a track record we do not have. The dossier narrows the field and proves what it can. The decision — and the counsel — remain yours.

Do you place bids? No.

Do you bid for me?

Never. You may log an intended bid as a private note — the hand on the paddle is always yours.

Is this legal advice?

No. TaxSaleDossier is an intelligence instrument. Title and legal conclusions require licensed counsel — every dossier says so, in writing.

Do you guarantee returns?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. We show the math, the sources and the dates. The bid is yours.

Where does the data come from?

County property appraisers, state revenue records, federal datasets and auction registers — each field carries its source and date. Where a field is inferred, it is labeled inferred and never bid-grade.

Why limited seats?

Because the edge is positional. An advantage broadcast to everyone is an advantage to no one. The Seat is capped at 500 — a hard number, publicly counted. Lower tiers require an admission request.

What is a dossier?

A numbered case file issued to you — your member number, the data fingerprint, the issuing timestamp. It prints as a confidential document, not a webpage.

· The manifesto

Every year, thousands of properties go to auction because someone stopped paying a tax bill. Most are bought blind — a parcel number, a minimum bid, a prayer.

We think buying blind is a choice. So we made the other choice.

For every property headed to a tax sale, we build a dossier: who owns it, what's owed, what survives the sale, what the flood maps say, what the numbers allow you to bid. Every fact carries its source and its date. Where the evidence ends, we say so — in writing.

We are not a listing site. We are not a guru course. We don't sell certainty, and we don't sell to everyone. We admit a limited number of members, and we work for them the way a private research desk works for its principals.

The map already exists. We read it first.
